Alsi ki pini, a delightful sweet treat, traces its origin to the cultural heritage of Rajasthan, a state in North India. It is shaped into small bite-sized balls or transformed into flattened discs and enjoyed as a sweet indulgence. Alsi ki pini is not only delicious but also known for its nutritional benefits, as flaxseeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fibre. Today, it continues to be relished as a special delicacy.

Wheat: 1kg
Rice: 1kg
Alsi: 1
Water: 1.5kg
Jaggery: 1kg
Desi ghee: 1kg

Steps to follow:

Take a pan and on a low flame Roast.
Add jaggery to water and make syrup.
Then mix it with desi ghee.
Now add that powdered mixture to it and mix it well.
Now turn off the flame.
